#SQUAAAD - Phire Nation

So, I think it's fair to say that we are starting off 2018 on the right path. WhisperMuzik had the opportunity to collaborate with a few other cliques in the city to give you guys a dope hip hop project.

Camp Phire Connection hosts this project titled "Phire Nation",
...and included WhisperMuzik, BlvkTovd, Folklore, and SkyHighTribe.

Beats!! Bars!! Lyrical carnage!! These cliques represented Detroit the hardest!

LOL! It's not funny if you have to explain the joke. Anyway, click the link below to get your copy and bless your ears! You know you deserve it!

Phire Nation dropped 26 January 2018 and is available on Spotify, iTunes, Bandcamp, etc.

2017 Recap

What up doe?

2017 hasn’t been good to everyone, BUT as a unit, we’ve had a successful year.

Rain Darko x The Holdover – Even though it was Christmas 2016 technically, we’re still going to count that as a 2017 success. Rain Darko’s first project, ‘The Holdover’ made way to our ears with 13 blessings total. As we wait for Darko’s next project, I guess we will be hearing him spaz on his recent features with Camp Phire Connection and friends.

Ressy B x All I Ever Knew – ALL SUMMER 17, this is all we talked about. Ressy B came with his third mixtape ‘All I Ever Knew’. If you have NOT heard this project, I suggest you hop onto Bandcamp’s website and download this mixtape. I don’t want to spoil it for you if you haven’t heard it yet, but I will assure you…. It is fire flamez!!!

Whisper x 4ever Edition – Whisper is such a cheeseball! The 4ever Edition of TNB4 also dropped this year, with 6 additional songs, making the project 38 tracks total. The additional songs were those that “didn’t make the cut” and a few newly recorded tracks. I don’t know what you’ve been doing with your life if you haven’t heard #TNB4, it’s been out since, like, “4ever”. You like what I did there?? Eh, anyway, and just as we are almost sick and tired of this mixtape, Whisper announces new music for 2018 – like, it’s pretty much guaranteed. We are excited for this!

The Holdover

Jolly Gee Wilikers!!!

As the year comes to a close, and many make New Years Resolutions that will be forgotten about before Martin Luther King Day... we need a soundtrack that is witty and clever because being redundant is THEE social norm, especially in hip hop music.

Ladies and Gentleman of the Blue Planet...

The very, very long awaited...

TNB4 is Here

Back before the world was going to end in 2012, people were waiting on TNB4. Before Ebola viruses, before Obama's 2nd term, before the Drake frenzy, people were waiting on TNB4.

We've been waiting so long, not just on TNB4, but for Whisper himself to release a project. We haven't heard Whisper since 2013! We are very anxious.!

Tha Nu Beginnin' mixtape series started in 2008; the second installment released in 2009; and the third in 2011. Tha Nu Beginnin' Mixtape Series is for those who are sick of traditional rap and hip hop, and need something different - but with substance and relatability .

This is definitely for the anti-mainstream music heads! This mixtape for anyone breathing right now. After listening to the mixtape from front to back, I must say, you HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS TAPE.
Any conversation about it before hand is just "Spoiler Alert" and we don't want to spoil it for ANYONE.

Enough chatter. . .
Just listen. . . and enjoy.
